Executive Business Administrator
Perform administrative support, including preparing quotation,invoicing, data entry and maintenance of data in our system
Maintain records, database and filling of documentations.
Oversee housekeeping and maintenance of office equipment and IT support.
Good interpersonal & communication skills to promptly answer phone calls, email and identify customers.
Liaising with customers’ request and meet customers’ expectation.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/ management from time to time.
Willing to take-up new task / challenges.
Maintain the office in good operational status.
Handling correspondence & perform daily office administrative work.
Assist in any other administrative duties assigned from time to time.
Min Diploma with 1-2 years working experience in customer oriented environment.
Experience in dealing & communicate with customers in English, Chinese & Malay would be an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
Pleasant attitude, good interpersonal skill, high level of commitment, self-motivated, able to work independently and able to working during weekend when necessary.
Applicants for Puchong branch but applicants must be willing to work in any branch when necessary.
Posses own transport.
