Executive Business Administrator


  • Perform administrative support, including preparing quotation,invoicing, data entry and maintenance of data in our system
  • Maintain records, database and filling of documentations.
  • Oversee housekeeping and maintenance of office equipment and IT support.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills to promptly answer phone calls, email and identify customers.
  • Liaising with customers’ request and meet customers’ expectation.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/ management from time to time.
  • Willing to take-up new task / challenges.
  • Maintain the office in good operational status.
  • Handling correspondence & perform daily office administrative work.
  • Assist in any other administrative duties assigned from time to time.


  • Min Diploma with 1-2 years working experience in customer oriented environment.
  • Experience in dealing & communicate with customers in English, Chinese & Malay would be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Pleasant attitude, good interpersonal skill, high level of commitment, self-motivated, able to work independently and able to working during weekend when necessary.
  • Applicants for Puchong branch but applicants must be willing to work in any branch when necessary.
  • Posses own transport.
